The country’s leading two-wheeler manufacturer company Hero MotoCorp has launched its new Xtreme 160R bike in the Indian market. The company has launched it in a dual tone paint scheme.
The look of this bike is similar to the current Xtreme. However, it will get a 163cc engine with OBD-II standards. Along with this, a 12-liter fuel tank is also available in this sporty bike.

Hero Xtreme 160R: looks
The 2023 Hero Xtreme 160R gets muscular fuel tank with extensions, step-up seat, a side-mounted exhaust and bigger handlebar.
It also has a digital instrument cluster which supports Bluetooth connectivity. It has a all LED lighting setup and 17-inch blacked-out alloy wheels have also been added to it.
The bike has a 12-litre fuel tank and its weight around 140 kg.
Hero Xtreme 160R: Engine
Hero Xtreme 160R is powered by OBD-II compliant 163cc air-cooled engine, which generates maximum power of 15hp and peak torque of 14Nm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox for smooth transmission.
This bike is capable of running at a top speed of 115 KM/H. At the same time, it covers a distance of 45 to 50 kilometers in one liter of petrol.
Hero Xtreme 160R: features
For the safety of the rider and to provide better handling on the roads, Hero Xtreme 160R it gets disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels along with single-channel ABS.
Taking care of the suspension, the bike gets telescopic forks at the front and a seven-step rider-adjustable mono-shock unit at the rear end.
This setup of the bike is quite comfortable. It is a naked sports segment bike and will perform better on the highway as well.
Hero Xtreme 160R: Price
Hero Xtreme 160R has been launched in the Indian market for Rs 1.27 lakh. From this month it can be bought through the nearest dealership.
It competes with the Bajaj Pulsar 160.
