French carmaker Citroen may launch the automatic version of its 2024 Citroen C3 Aircross in India this month. You can also book for this SUV at select dealerships for a token amount of Rs 25,000.
According to the report, Citroen C3 Aircross will be launched in 2 automatic variants β Plus and Max. The new gearbox in this vehicle will be a 6-speed automatic torque converter unit, whereas the current model comes with a 6-speed manual gearbox.
2024 Citroen C3 Aircross Automatic: Design
The design of the automatic version of the Citroen C3 Aircross will also be similar to the existing model.
It will have a muscular clamshell bonnet, bumper-mounted headlights with split-type DRLs, a sleek grille with Citroen badging, a wide air dam and fog lights with chrome surrounds.
This vehicle will be launched with roof rails, indicator-mounted ORVMs and 15-inch alloy wheels. Its cabin will be equipped with a large 10.2-inch infotainment touchscreen system and digital instrument console.
The Citroen C3 Aircross has a 1.2-litre, turbo-petrol engine, which is capable of producing 109bhp power and 190Nm torque. It covers a distance of 18.5 kilometers in one liter of petrol with manual transmission. Its mileage can increase with automatic transmission.
Its starting price is expected to be higher than the current Rs 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom). This vehicle competes with Hyundai Creta and Tata Nexon.
