Japanese company Honda is planning to expand its portfolio in the Indian market with 5 new models by 2030. One of these will be third generation of 2024 Honda Amaze.
This car was launched in 2013, the new generation model of this vehicle was launched in 2018 and it received a mid-life update in 2021.
Now preparations are being made to launch it in a new avatar for the third time, which will be launched by the end of next year.
2024 Honda Amaze: Specifications
The 2024 Honda Amaze may feature a new front fascia and new interiors along with Honda Sensing Suite, an advanced driver assist system (ADAS). The latest car will be equipped with lane assist, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking and many more features.
Inspired by the Honda Elevate, it is likely to get features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, auto-dimming IRVM, ambient lighting, wireless phone charger, 7.0-inch semi-analog instrument cluster and a lane-watch camera.
The 2024 Honda Amaze will retain the same 1.2-litre, 4-cylinder iVTEC engine as the current one, which produces 90bhp of power and 110Nm of torque.
For transmission, it will have the option of 5-speed manual or CVT automatic gearbox. It will be priced at a slight premium to the current Amaze starting at Rs 7.1 lakh (ex-showroom).
Let us tell you, apart from the new Amaze, Honda also plans to launch a new compact SUV in place of the WR-V, a 7-seater and electric version of the Elevate.
