Bike maker KTM Motorcycle is working on its new 2024 KTM 390 Adventure bike for the Indian market. Company is currently testing this bike on Indian Road.
Now the new generation model of this bike has been spotted during testing ahead of its launch. The company is going to launch this model in the country next year.

2024 KTM 390 Adventure: Expected features
2024 KTM 390 Adventure is built on a bolt-on rear sub-frame, which will help in improving the handling and balance of the bike. As a new feature, it will be provided with a single LED headlamp, which is not available in the current model.
Apart from this, the bike will be equipped with muscular fuel tank, split-style seats, side-slung exhaust system and transparent windscreen.
The upcoming bike will also get a TFT instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, an all-LED setup for lighting and new blacked-out 5-spoke alloy wheels.
KTM may update the engine of the Adventure 390 bike. The BS6 Phase-II standards engine of the new Duke 390 can be added to it. It will have a 399cc single cylinder, liquid cooled engine, which can generate maximum power of 44.25bhp. For transmission, it will be mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
This bike will be capable of running at a speed of 155 kilometers per hour. It is claimed that it will cover a distance of 30 kilometers in one liter of petrol.
2024 KTM 390 Adventure: Suspension and Brakes
The new KTM 390 Adventure will feature disc brakes on both front and rear wheels for better braking performance. Apart from this, keeping in mind the suspension system of the bike, it can be given USD forks at the front and adjustable monoshock rear suspension.
Also, the bike is available with Dual-Channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS), Cornering Traction Control and Lean-Angle Sensitive Cornering ABS, which provides better safety even when sudden braking at high speed.
2024 KTM 390 Adventure: Expected Price
In the country, the KTM Adventure 390 will compete with the Triumph Scrambler 400X, which is powered by a TR-series single-cylinder engine. It is a 398cc liquid-cooled DOHC engine. The price of this bike is Rs 2.63 lakh and it has been launched this year.
This bike of KTM will also compete with Royal Enfield Himalayan 452. It has a 451.65cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. Its price in the country is Rs 2.7 lakh ex-showroom.
Information about the price and availability of the new KTM 390 Adventure in the Indian market will be given at the time of its launch. It is estimated that the price of this bike could be around Rs 3.8 lakh.
