Mahindra & Mahindra has introduced a special edition of its well-liked off-road 2024 Mahindra Thar Earth Edition. This edition offers choices between petrol and diesel engines, along with both manual and automatic transmission options.
The starting price of this edition is 15.40 lakh rupees (ex-showroom). Mahindra has implemented only minor cosmetic alterations that differentiate the Thar AX Edition from its regular counterpart.
It will be offered in four variants, all featuring the appearance of the LX Hard Top 4Γ4, inspired by the Tharβs desert capabilities.

2024 Mahindra Thar Earth Edition: Features
On the outside, the new Thar Earth Edition features Desert Fury Satin Matte paint, dune-inspired decals on the rear fenders and doors, Arte Edition badging on the B-pillars, matte black bezels, and silver alloy wheels.
Inside the latest car, thereβs a dual-tone theme in black and light beige, a badge design on the headrests, Thar logos on the doors, and deep chrome accents all around.
Additionally, there are Desert Fury-colored inserts for the AC vents, center console, and steering wheel.
The 2024 Mahindra Thar Earth Edition is equipped with a 2.0-liter petrol and a 2.2-liter diesel engine, paired with 6-speed manual and torque converter automatic transmissions.
According to the company, each vehicle of this special edition will come with a distinguished sequentially numbered VIN plate. Customers can choose accessories such as customized front and rear armrests, floor mats, and a comfortable kit.
