The demand of EV is increasing day by day in the Global Market many automobile players were introducing new model in their portfolio. Now Mercedes-Benz has launched its all new 2024 Mercedes-MayBach EQS all-electric SUV in the Indian market.
This EV has been launched at starting price of Rs 2.25 crore ex-showroom. Company has revealed this EV in April last year. Lets know about this Electric car in detail.
2024 Mercedes-MayBach EQS: Power-Train
Company has launched the 680 version of the Mercedes Maybach EQS in the Indian Market. This trim has been equipped with 122kWh battery pack and a powerful dual electric motor setup with 4matic AWD. This Power-train is capable of generating maximum power of 658hp and a peak torque of 950Nm.
This car can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 second. Also, this car has a top speed of 210 km/h. In full charge the electric car will cover total distance of 611 km.
For the charging purpose company has added 200kW DC fast charger, which is capable of charging the EV from 10 to 80 percent i just 31 minutes. Company claims that this car can cover distance of 300 km in just 20min of charge.
Design
If we talk about the design than all new 2024 Mercedes-MayBach EQS will be equipped with sports grille, LED headlights and tail-lamps with connected technology. It has three pointed star logo at the top of the bonnet top and below that it has a LED lighting strip. This gets dual tone paint color option, which is optional and easily customized.
In dimension EQS EV is 5469mm in length, 2109mm in width and 1510mm in height. Also, this car has boot space of 495 liters and seating capacity of 5.
Cabin
2024 Mercedes-MayBach EQS has very attractive cabin. As per the premium feature this SUV has been equipped with triple screen display which include an entertainment for the rear seats passenger. For this company has added two 11.6-inch at the back of the front seats.
It has been equipped with features like thermal cup holders, a shelf for the MBUX rear tablet, four c-type port and two HDMI interfaces.
