New MG Windsor EV received this much booking in 1 day

Car maker MG Motors has recently started accepting booking for its all new 2024 MG Windsor EV. Now it has set a new record by receiving more than 15,000 bookings in a day.

It has been claimed by the company that now no new EV in the country has received these bookings in a single day.Β  As per the information company has received 15,176 booking in just day 1.

Expected features of the 2024 MG Windsor EV

The 2024 MG Windsor EV is equipped with a unique design, which offers many segment first features. This car comes with LED lighting, a large 15.6-inch touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, and panoramic glass roof.

Apart from this, many more comfortable features are available like 18-inch alloy wheels, 135-degree reclining rear seat, a 360-degree camera, ambient lighting, front ventilated seats with powered driver seat.

The EV has been equipped with a 38kWh battery. This will give a total range of 331 kilometers in a single charge. It is powered by a front axle-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor, which produces 136hp of power and 200Nm of torque. 2024 MG Windsor EV is the country’s first EV, which has been introduced with battery option at a rent of Rs 3.5/km.

It has been equipped with digital driver display and big infotainment system which supports Android Auto and apple car play connectivity. It has flat bottom steering wheels, rectangular AC vents and 6 speakers. Apart from this the interior of the car has ambient lighting setup which increases the visual appeals of the car from inside.

This EV has been launched at Rs 9.99 lakh and its price goes unto Rs 13.5 lakh (ex-showroom). This car will compete with Tata Nexon EV and Mahindra XUV400.
