Skoda is gearing up to introduce its new compact SUV in India. Confirming its launch in March 2025, the company disclosed that the upcoming SUV will be built on the MQB A0-IN platform.
Additionally, Skoda has unveiled a teaser showcasing its design elements. Furthermore, the automaker is conducting a survey to determine the name of the forthcoming compact SUV, which is poised to strengthen Skodaβs presence in the sub-four-meter segment.

Skodaβs new sub-four-meter SUV is expected to be attractive and competitively priced. The teaser reveals a developed style direction. In the latest car, large air vents or slim LED DRLs above the fog light housings are also visible on the bumper.
The bonnet also appears sculpted similar to Skoda Kushaq. In the design of the compact SUV, there is a possibility of including some new features along with Skodaβs new βModern Solidβ language elements.
The upcoming compact SUV will share the same 1.0-liter, 3-cylinder, direct-injection, turbo-petrol TSI engine found in the Skoda Kushaq and Slavia models, delivering 115hp of power and 178Nm of torque.

However, there may be enhancements in the power output of its powertrain. It will offer a choice between a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox for transmission.
Besides India, it will also be exported to markets like the United States, Southeast Asia, and Africa. The starting price of the vehicle is expected to be around 9 lakh rupees (ex-showroom).
