Car Maker Hyundai Motor Company has released the teaser of its new Hyundai i20 Facelift hatchback for the first time ahead of its launch. The company will launch the facelift model of the car during the festive season.
The teaser of the hatchback reveals about its front design. The car will come with a large cascading grille, which is very much similar to the Verna model available in the country.
The car will be equipped with a new LED headlights, blackout grille and a new front bumper. Apart from this, there will also be new alloy wheels, new tail lamps and a new rear bumper available in the car.

Hyundai i20 Facelift: Powertrain
As per the reports the Hyundai i20 Facelift will be available in 2 powertrain options. First 1.2-litre petrol and 1-litre turbo-petrol engine options.
The 1.2-litre petrol engine will be mated to a 5-speed MT and the turbo-petrol engine will be mated to a 7-speed DCT transmission with a CVT.
The dashboard layout of the updated Hyundai i20 is likely to be similar to the current model. For change, it can get new color theme and new upholstery. Also, new features like dual dash cam, ventilated seats and 360-degree camera are also expected.
Apart from this, features like 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, automatic climate control, Bose sound system and single-pane sunroof will also be available. For safety, 6 airbags, electronic stability control and parking sensors will be given.

Hyundai i20 Facelift: Price and Rivals
The updated i20 will be priced at a slight premium over the existing model, which is priced at Rs 7.46 lakh (ex-showroom). It will compete with vehicles like Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Toyota Glanza and Tata Altroz.
