Yamaha MT-03 vs TVS Apache RTR 310: Japanese Two-wheeler manufacturer Yamaha has launched its new naked sports bike Yamaha MT-03 in the country only few days ago. The company will sell it through the Complete Built Unit (CBU) route. This bike is euipped with 321cc engine has been used in it.

TVS Apache RTR 310 has a 313cc single-cylinder engine

The MT-03 Streetfighter has an aggressive look with a single projector headlight and 2 eyebrow-like DRLs. The bike has alloy wheels, upwest exhaust system, split-style dual seat and a digital instrument cluster that supports Bluetooth.

The TVS Apache RTR 310 naked-sports bike has been given a muscular look with sporty graphics. It has been provided with features like large fuel tank, split-style seats and upswept exhaust system. In terms of looks, Apache looks more muscular.

The new Yamaha MT-03 has a 321cc twin-cylinder engine with BS6 Phase-II standards, which is capable of generating power of 41.4ps and peak torque of 29.5Nm.

On the other hand, TVS Apache RTR 310 has a 313cc single-cylinder engine, which is capable of generating 33.5hp power and 27.3Nm peak torque.

Keeping in mind the transmission, the engine of both the bikes has been paired with a 6-speed gearbox.

Yamaha MT-03 can cover 0-100 kmph in 5.11 seconds and acheive top speed 188 kmph. On the other hand TVS Apache RTR 310 is capable of accelerating from 0-60 kmph in 2.81 seconds and achieving a top speed of 150 kilometer/hours.

TVS RTR 310 has 3 riding modes like Sports, Rain and Urban, adjustable brakes and anti-lock braking system (ABS) for safety. Disc brakes are provided on both the wheels of the bike.

The MT-03 has disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels. It also has Combined Braking System (CBS) and ABS. Both bikes come with telescopic forks at the front and a pre-load adjustable mono-shock unit at the rear.

Yamaha MT-03 vs TVS Apache RTR 310: Price

Yamaha has launched its MT-03 bike in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 4.59 lakh. The company is also giving 5 years warranty on this bike, while TVS Apache RTR 310 can be purchased for Rs 2.42 lakh (all prices ex-showroom).
