Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Ather Energy has launched its new 2024 Ather 450 Apex electric scooter in Indian Market at starting price of 1.89 lakhs. This is the 10th Anniversary Edition model built on the company’s 450 platform.
The company will soon start booking this electric scooter, while its delivery will start in March.
Ather 450 Apex is the most powerful scooter of the company, which will run at a top speed of 100 km/hour. This scooter will give range of 157 kilometer in full charge. Also it can achieve speed of 40km/h in just 2.9 second.

2024 Ather 450 Apex: Features
The Ather 450 Apex has the same 3.7 kWh battery pack as the 450X model. Besides, it also has a powerful electric motor. This setup is capable of generating peak torque of 210Nm.
The new Apex can accelerate from 0 to 40 kilometers per hour in just 2.9 seconds. Besides, it is also capable of covering a distance of 157 kilometers on a single charge.
Keeping in mind the safety of the rider, the Ather 450 Apex scooter has been provided with Combined Braking System (CBS) and 5 riding modes β Eco, Ride, Sport, Wrap and Wrap Plus.
The Ather 450 Apex electric scooter has a transparent rear panel, which is not available in other models of the company.
Apart from this, this scooter has a special magic twist feature, in which the accelerator of the scooter can be rotated back up to 15-degrees.
This will slow down the speed of the scooter and you will not need to apply brakes. However, to stop the scooter you will have to apply brakes.
It also has disc brakes on both front and rear wheels. Taking care of the suspension, it includes telescopic forks at the front and a mono-shock unit at the rear end.
Optional Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is also offered in it.
The company has placed the Ather 450 Apex electric scooter at the top of its lineup. The price of this scooter is also higher than other models of the company. 450 Apex has been launched in the country at a starting price of Rs 1.89 lakh.

Ather Energy was founded in 2013 by Tarun Mehta and Swapnil Jain. In February 2016, the company introduced its first scooter S340 at Surge, a technology conference in Bangalore, but it was not launched due to some issues.
The company launched its new electric scooter Ather 450 in 2018. After this, its updated variant 450X was launched in 2020. Just a few months ago the company launched the 450S model.
