To attract the customers in the Indian market MG motors has finally launched its all-new MG Hector Blackstrom in the Indian market.
This car has been launched in 5-seater and 7-seater variants.Β The price of the Hector Blackstrom starts from Rs 21.25 lakh and goes till Rs 22.76 lakh (all price ex-showroom).

MG Hector Blackstrom: Design
MG Hector Blackstrom is available in very new and attractive black color with red accent. It also has a dark chrome grille, headlamps bezels in black color, LED foglamps and MG logo at the bonnet. Apart from this car has black-out B-pillars, electrically adjustable ORVs with turn indicators, diamond cut black-out alloy wheels and a tubeless Tyres.
The dimension of this car will be unchanged which means it will be 4,655mm in length, 1835mm in width and 1760mm in height. At the back side of the car there is a shark fin Antina, spoiler and LED taillamps. It also has the dual exhaust tips.
MG Hector Blackstrom: Powertrain
In terms of powertrain there has not been any change in it. The Blackstrom version of the car is available in two engine options. First it has an option of 1.5-litre turbo petrol engine which develops maximum power of 141 bhp and a peak torque of 250 Nm. For transmission this engine is mated with a 6-speed manual or a CVT gearbox.
It also has an option of 2.0-litres diesel engine which generates maximum power of 168 bhp and a peak torque of 350 Nm. For transmission this engine is mated with a 6-speed manual and Diesel AT gearbox.
MG Hector Blackstrom: Cabin
The MG Hector Blackstrom has a black theme on the inside along with gun metal accents. This car has a black interior with digital driver display and 14-inch infotainment system.
For entertainment purpose this screen will also support android auto and apple CarPlay connectivity. It will be equipped with black out AC vent, multi-functional steering wheels and wireless phone charger.
The front seats of the car will be electrically adjustable, and it will also have the feature of ventilation. For the safety of the passengers this car will have feature like 360-degree camera, 6 airbags, hill assist control and ABS.
As per some media reports company may also introduce the Level-2 ADAS technology in this upcoming car.
