American car manufacturer Ford Motors recently started testing its all-new Ford Ranger during testing in India. Many autos expert speculating that company is planning to launch this car in India.
Let us tell you that this is the second instance where the Ranger has been seen during testing and from the pictures, it appears to closely resemble the Ford Everest in design.
The American company Ford had consolidated its operations from India in 2021 and selling its cars by CBU route and that is why people we are speculating that company will launch this car in the Indian market too.

Ford Ranger Pick-Up Truck: Expected Design
The design of the Ford Ranger Pick-Up will be very muscular and attractive. Ranger will be equipped withΒ large radiator grille, square-shaped headlights with C-shaped LED DRLs, and doors similar to the Everest. The Ranger features a distinctive front bumper, a new tailgate with the Ranger name embossed in metal, and new wheel arches.
Ford Ranger Pick-Up Truck: Engine
As per the reports Ford Ranger Pick-up Truck will be equipped with an option ofΒ 2.0-liter and 3.0-liter diesel engines, capable of delivering power outputs of approximately 170hp and 246hp, respectively.
For the transmission this car will be paired with a 10-speed automatic gearbox for transmission. The Ranger Pick-Up will come in both 4Γ2 and 4Γ4 drive layouts configuration. This off-road lifestyle pickup truck could be launched in India under a new name.
Ford Ranger Pick-Up Truck: Cabin Features
There will be a 5-seater cabin in this Ranger Pick-Up Truck. ThereΒ is a horizontally positioned touchscreen, vertical AC vents, and buttons for climate control. Additionally, it offers ambient lighting, ventilated front seats, wireless charging, automatic climate control, and connectivity features for connected car technology.
Ford Ranger Pick-Up Truck: Price and Availability
In Indian market this model will compete with cars like the Toyota Hilux and Isuzu D-Max, and it is expected that the price will be around 50 lakh rupees (ex-showroom) and company can launch this car later this year or early 2025.
