On 25th anniversary occasion in India, two wheeler company Piaggio is working on few new bikes for Indian Market. The company is currently working on a New Aprilia RS 440 and it will soon launch in India.
It has been spotted during testing without sticker in Indian roads. Interestingly, the test mule of the new Aprilia was also spied testing in India a few days ago.

Aprilia RS 440 look more sporty
There are numbers of new changes can be seen in the test mule of upcoming Aprilia RS 440. It will get pair of slit-shaped LED headlights with a new air intake. In between two headlights a new central lamp can be seen.
The front fairing acts as the base for the mirrors, and then flows nicely into rather expansive side fairings that cover a large portion of the forward flanks.
It will also have smaller clutch than you see on the base modal of RS 660. The weight of all new Aprilia RS 440 is expected to be around 198kilogram.
The bike will get new 440cc engine.
The Aprilia RS440 will be powered by a 440cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled powertrain capable of producing power around 48bhp.
It will be mated with a 6-speed gearbox for transmission and the top speed od this sports bike will be around 180 km/h.
The bike maker is expected to introduce features like TFT along with smartphone connectivity in this bike.
According to the reports, the bike can be launched later this year, which will compete with KTM RC 390, Kawasaki Ninja 300.
Features of new Aprilia RS 440
Keeping in mind the safety of the rider, the Aprilia RS 440 Extrema comes with disc brakes on both the front and rear wheels with cornering ABS, traction control, engine brake control, wheelie control and five riding modes.
Taking care of suspension, the bike gets inverted forks at the front and an adjustable preload mono-shock unit at the rear. It will provide smooth riding to the rider.
Aprilia RS 440: Expected price
The price of new Aprilia RS440 will be announced during its launch event in India. As per the reports this bike will cost you around 4 lakhs (ex-showroom) in India.
