Italian two-wheeler manufacturer Aprilia has unveiled its all new Aprilia RS 457 sportbike. It will be launched in India Too. In segment it will be added to the RS range.
Talking about the looks the new Aprilia RS 457 is based on the Aprilia RS 660. The company will manufacture this bike in India. This bike will be manufactured worldwide at Piaggioβs plant in Baramati, Maharashtra. It is likely to be sold first in India.

Aprilia RS 457: Looks
The design of the Aprilia RS 457 is similar to the existing RS 660. The bike gets signature LED DRLs, full-LED lighting and a two-in-one underbelly exhaust.
Underneath the latest bike is a new aluminum frame which has been adapted for racetracks around the world.
The two-wheeler is equipped with features like ride-by-wire with 3 riding modes and three-level traction control.
Apart from this, it also has a 5-inch TFT instrument console, clip-on handlebar and backlit switchgear.

Aprilia RS 457: Performance
The new bike has been given a 457cc, parallel-twin, 4-valve DOHC, liquid-cooled engine, which is capable of generating a power of around 47bhp. The motor is mated to a 270-degree connecting rod assembly for the perfect exhaust note sound.
For suspension, it gets USD forks at the front with preload adjustment and monoshock, steel swingarm at the rear, while for braking, it has disc brakes at both ends with switchable anti lock braking system (ABS).
As per the reports the price of this bike can be kept around Rs 4.5 lakh (ex-showroom).
