Kia Motors is currently working on series of electric car for the India Market. Firstly, company will launch its all new Kia EV9 in the Indian market. Now the launch timeline of the electric cars has been revealed by the automaker. Company will launch this electric car on 3rd October 2024.
Ahead of its launch some selected dealership has now starts accepting booking of this car at token amount of Rs 10 lakh. Let us tell you that company will launch this car in single variant and five different color option in India. So, Here lets know about the features which will be available in the upcoming Kia EV9.
Kia EV9 Features
If we talk about the design than Kia EV9 will come in futuristic design. It has a muscular U-shaped bonnet, all-LED lighting setup and projecting LED headlights with daytime running lights. The lower part of the bumper of the SUV is finished in black shade, while the air dam has been given a carbon fiber finish.
This car will come in 6-seater and 7-seater cabin option. The EV will be equipped with ventilated seats, heated steering wheel and 30-inch infotainment system. This car will also feature 2 large freestanding screens for the instrument console, panoramic sunroof, multiple airbags, dual-tone black and blue theme, touch controls for the AC vents, rotary dial for transmission, drive modes and front arm-rest.
For the power-train this car has the option of 76.1 kWh and 99.8 kWh battery packs. This setup is capable of giving a range of 402 km range. Kia EV9 will get a 350 kW charger. With its help, it can be charged from 10 to 80 percent in just 30 minutes.
Price
Lets us tell you that the price and availability of 2024 Kia EV9 will be known only at the time of its launch. It will come to India through CBU route. The delivery of this car will be commence in March 2025. It is estimated that EV9 can be launched in India between Rs 60 to 70 lakh ex-showroom.
