Italian company Lamborghini will launch its new flagship supercar Lamborghini Revuelto in the Indian market tomorrow (6 December).
The vehicle will replace the legendary Aventador, which was discontinued last week after a decade-long run.
As per the new feature the p0wertrain will of Aventador will be replace by the hybrid V12 engine in the new Lamborghini Revuelto.
The design of the Revulto will be completely different from the Aventador and it is built on an all-carbon monocoque chassis. It is a supercar with a low-slung coupe profile.
Lamborghini Revuelto: Design
The design of the Lamborghini Revuelto is borrowed from limited editions like the SiΓ‘n and Centenario. It has a Y-shaped LED DRLs which give it a new-age look, while the Y pattern extends to the taillights.
The twin-engine and large diffuser in the center of the latest car gives it tremendous power. It will come with scissor doors, while there will be a glass cover over the engine.
The cabin will have a 12.3-inch digital instrument console, 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 9.1-inch display for passengers.
Lamborghini Revuelto: Powertrain
The new Lamborghini Revuelto will get a new transversely-mounted 6.5-litre, V12 engine equipped with a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) system. The PHEV unit comprises three electric motors, which together deliver a power of 1001bhp. For transmission, it is paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds, while it can run at a top speed of 350 km/h. The price of this supercar will be more than Rs 5 crore (ex-showroom) in Indian market.
