India’s largest carmaker company Maruti Suzuki is working on a premium 7-seater SUV. This could be a Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-seater . Maruti is working on this UV to compete with Tata Safari in Indian Market.
This SUV will be placed between the current Maruti Grand Vitara and Maruti Suzuki Invicto. As per the safety features this car will be equipped with the ADAS technology.

As per the information Maruti Suzuki can make the 7-seater model of its Grand Vitara car on the Global C platform on which current grand vitara model. The company can also increase its dimensions of its upcoming Grand Vitara
Talking about the design, it is expected to get a new front design with a new grille and LED headlamps. Other exterior changes may include new alloys and LED taillamps. Apart from this, this vehicle will be very similar to the existing Grand Vitara.

If reports are to be believed, the Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-seater will come with features like automatic climate control, ventilated seats, steering-mounted controls and a large sunroof.
It will be equipped with a bigger and spacious cabin with 7 seats. Apart from this, this vehicle is likely to get features like auto-dimming IRVMs, captain seats in the second row.
Keeping safety in mind, Advanced Driving Assistance System (ADAS technology) can also be offered in it. Also, features like ABS, airbag and hill assist can be provided in it.
Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-seater: Engine
The upcoming SUV Grand Vitara 7-seater may use the powertrain of the current model. It may also have the option of a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine with mild-hybrid setup. This engine is capable of generating 115bhp power and 250Nm peak torque.
Also option of non-hybrid engine can also be available in this vehicle. For transmission, this vehicle is expected to have a manual and a CVT gearbox.

Price and availability of Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara 7-seater will be announced at the time of its launch. It is estimated that its price may start from around Rs 15 lakh.
