In recent Toyota reports its clear that company has increased the price of its most affordable MPV. The automatic variants of the Toyota Rumion is become costlier by Rs 5,000, while the prices on the manual variants has been increased by Rs 15,000.
In India prices for the Rumion now start at Rs 10.44 lakh and go up to Rs 11.39 lakh (prices, ex-showroom).

Toyota Rumion is a rebadge version of the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga available in India. Toyota has launched this car in 2023 as its cheapest MPV. This car is available in 3 trims S, G and V. There is option of 5 color in this car.
Toyota Rumion has a fog lamps, Innova Crysta-like grille and new design bumpers and a dual-tone alloy wheels. There are also blacked-out B-pillars and indicator-mounted ORVMs on the sides, window wipers and wrap-around LED taillights at the rear.
The cabin of a Rumion has a fabric upholstery, auto climate control, parking sensors, key-less entry and a flat-bottom power steering wheel. There is also a digital infotainment console supporting Bluetooth, Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Rumion has a 1.5-litre, naturally aspirated engine. This engine is capable of generating maximum power of 103 hp and 137 Nm peak torque.
For transmission this engine is connected with a 5-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. The option of factory fitted CNG kit is also available in this affordable MPV.
The petrol variant of the Rumion gives a mileage of 20.51 km/litre and the CNG variant gives a mileage of 26.11 km/kg.
