Royal Enfield has announced its sales figures for December, 2023. According to the report, total two-wheeler sales (domestic and exports) of company in last month was 63,387 units, which was declined by 7 percent in compare to the 68,400 units sold in December, 2022.
Company has solds total 57,291 units in the Indian market, which is a decline of 4.23 percent compared to 59,821 units in the same month of 2022. Last month 6,069 bikes have also been exported to other markets by the maker.
There has also been a decline in the sales of Bullet, Classic, Meteor and Hunter in Royal Enfield’s sub 350cc segment last month.
Sales od sub 350cc segment declined to 55,401 units last month compared to 61,223 units sold in December, 2022.
YoY Sales of bikes larger than 350cc, which include the Himalayan, Super Meteor and 650 twins, have grown by 11.27 percent. Company has sold 7,177 units in December, 2022 which was 7,986 units in December 2023.
Royal Enfield MoM sales
Compared with the monthly sales of November, due to the festive season, the Royal enfield total sales during this period were 80,251 units, which is 21.01 percent more than sales figure of December.
Out of this, 75,137 two-wheelers have been sold in the domestic market, which is 23.75 percent more on monthly basis compared to December.
However, in terms of exports, there has been a growth of 19.20 percent on monthly basis in December. Because, 5,114 bikes were exported in November.
