Tata Motors introduced the updated version of the Tata Harrier SUV in October last year. Since then, there has been a surge in demand for the vehicle in the Indian market.
As a result, the waiting period for booking the Tata Safari has also increased, which previously stood at 8 to 10 weeks in January. Now, customers booking the car can expect a shorter waiting period for delivery.
In February 2024 the waiting period for the Harrier has decreased to 3 to 6 weeks.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Features
Discussing the features of the revamped Tata Harrier, it boasts projector headlights, linked LED taillamps, adaptable steering wheel, and front seats with adjustable height.
Inside, the cabin showcases a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, wireless smartphone connectivity, an updated touchscreen air conditioning panel with toggle switches, JBL-tuned speakers, an air purifier, and a panoramic sunroof.
Furthermore, the vehicle is equipped with cruise control, 7 airbags, ambient lighting, and a rear camera for parking assistance.
Engine
Tata Harrier is equipped with a 2.0-liter diesel engine that generates 170bhp power and 350Nm torque. It offers the choice of either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter unit for transmission.
This configuration provides fuel efficiency of around 16.8 km/l and 14.6 km/l, respectively. Safety features like cruise control, 7 airbags, ambient lighting, and a rear camera for parking assistance are also included.
Price
The price of Tata Harrier starts at Rs 15.49 lakh rupees. On the other the price of the top model of the Harrier is Rs 26.44 lakhs (all price ex-showroom). In Indian market this SUV competes with Hyundai Creta SUV, Mahindra Scorpio-N and MG Hector.
